You can now tailor your AssistAI chatbot to sound and behave just the way your business does. Whether you want a professional tone, a friendly vibe, or something in between, the new chatbot persona customisation feature lets you define the chatbot’s tone, language, and interaction style to align perfectly with your brand voice

Google Drive and OneDrive uploads to knowledge base
With this new update, you can now upload files from Google Drive and filed and folders from OneDrive into your AssistAI knowledge base.

- Streamlined uploads: Unlike before, no need to download and re-upload documents manually.
- Smarter knowledge management: Keep AssistAI equipped with up-to-date files from your preferred cloud storage.
- Efficient onboarding and support: Upload product sheets, SOPs, FAQs—all in one place.
Upload guidelines
- You can upload up to 100 files at a time, with a maximum of 10 MB size each file.
- You can upload either files or folders, not both together.
- If a folder contains subfolders, only the files will be uploaded, not the subfolders themselves.

- Onboarding and training: Upload training manuals, onboarding checklists, and SOPs in bulk so AssistAI can guide new employees with instant answers.
- Customer-facing teams: Import FAQs, product guides, and support scripts to help sales and service teams answer instantly during client calls or chats.
- Knowledge retention: Archive important process documentation or legacy files from your cloud storage to keep institutional knowledge searchable and accessible.
- Cross-team collaboration: Share insights, reports, and briefs from different departments by uploading them into a central knowledge base for AI-powered retrieval.
How to get started
- Go to Settings > Automation > AssistAI knowledge base
- Select the “Group” or create a new group.
- Click “Connectors”.
- Choose Google Drive or OneDrive and choose the files and folders. Confirm and sync.
