Steps to install Outlook add-in

For Business account users:

  1. Log into Outlook (Web, Desktop, or Mobile App).
  2. Go to "Apps" in the Outlook toolbar.
  3. Search for "Pepper Cloud CRM" in the Microsoft AppSource store.
  4. Click "Get it now" to install.
  5. After installation, find the add-in under "Apps" in your Outlook.

For Personal account users:

  1. Log into Outlook and click on the "Get Add-ins" option in the toolbar.
  2. Search for "Pepper Cloud" in the add-in store.
  3. Click "Add" to install the add-in.
  4. After installation, access it from the "My Add-ins" section.

Logging emails to CRM: How it works

After successfully installing the add-in, you can conveniently access the add-in functionalities.

Logging into Outlook add-in

1. To access the add-in, users can click on the Add-in Menu. From there, they can open the add-in.

2. Click the Login button. Click “Allow” on the prompt that is displayed.
