Rich-media templates and auto-population of contact associations
Your CRM is continuously evolving to streamline your messaging experience across channels. The latest release introduces versatile rich media templates, as well as an enhanced association feature for contact conversations. Read on to discover how these updates can improve your communication and workflow.
1. Rich media templates: Now available on all channels
Effortlessly design rich, engaging messages with visually-rich media and button templates, now accessible across all communication channels! Here’s what’s new:
- Media templates: Available on every channel, these message templates enable you to craft visually engaging messages with media headers. Whether you are sharing product images, promotional graphics, or documents, your messages will stand out and capture attention.
- Button templates: Drive user action from customers through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram with button templates. Add quick response options like “Learn More”, “Contact Us”, or “Buy Now” to increase interaction rates.
Please note that button templates are not yet available on Telegram and WhatsApp Web channels.
2. Auto-populate associations for contact conversations
To simplify account management and streamline interactions, we are introducing a feature that pre-populates associations for contact conversations. Here is how it works:
When a conversation is converted to a contact, the CRM analyses your existing data and auto-populates relevant accounts and opportunities, allowing you to manage information effortlessly.
- Multiple account association: Now, multiple accounts can be linked to a conversation automatically, ensuring that all relevant parties stay informed without any manual efforts.
- Primary record details: Primary records, which are automatically populated in associations when a conversation is converted to a contact, are now marked with a “Primary” label. You can update or remove primary record associations directly from the contact details page.
Please note that associations will not be pre-populated for these:
- Unconverted conversations
- Conversations that are converted to leads
- Participants from group conversations who are saved as leads or contacts
This feature enables you to get a comprehensive view of the contact without any manual efforts, thereby boosting personalisation of conversations and making account management smoother.
