Message access permission, WhatsApp group broadcasts, and more

We are excited to announce a suite of new features in Pepper Cloud CRM designed to streamline your communication, boost efficiency, and enhance customer engagement. These updates focus on advanced message access permissions, the ability to send broadcast messages to WhatsApp groups, quick replies in the message module, and adding WhatsApp group participants as contacts in the CRM.

Let’s dive into the details.

1. Message access permissions

Effortlessly manage communication with the new message access permissions feature. Admins can now customise user-level access in the CRM’s Message module. This ensures the efficient and secure management of conversations. If you have an admin account, you can simply navigate to the profile settings and activate the appropriate permissions with a toggle switch.

2. Broadcast messages to WhatsApp groups

Enhance your outreach with our new broadcast message feature for WhatsApp groups. Previously, users could only send broadcasts to individual records, but now you can target entire WhatsApp groups. This ensures your message reaches the right audience every time. Users with message module access can send broadcasts to default groups only. Leads or contacts must be linked to a group to receive these broadcasts, which can only be sent through the WhatsApp Web channel. Now add a default group and run the group broadcast.

3. Send quick replies from message module

Save time and respond faster with our new “Quick reply” feature in the message module. This feature lets you set up shortcuts for frequently used responses, streamlining communication. To set it up, create a shortcut name and define the reply message. You can also attach images in replies. When you type “/” in the message text box, a list of all saved quick replies will appear for easy selection. These templates do not require approval from Meta, ensuring swift and efficient messaging.

4. Add WhatsApp group participants as contacts in CRM

Enhance your contact management effortlessly with our new feature, which allows you to add WhatsApp group participants as contacts directly into Pepper Cloud CRM. This streamlines the process of expanding your contact list, making it easier to capture and manage contacts from group interactions.

These new features in Pepper Cloud CRM are set to transform how you manage communications and customer interactions. From advanced message access permissions to efficient group broadcasts on WhatsApp, quick reply templates, and the seamless addition of WhatsApp group participants as contacts, these enhancements are tailored to boost efficiency and improve customer engagement.
